Big Data and analytics may be among the most important issues facing MNOs today.  Competition from OTT and digital players and evolution from a voice and SMS dominated revenue model to one where efficient and effective delivery of ubiquitous (and often generic) data connectivity will determine success or failure, set against the context of unsympathetic regulators, presents massive challenges to be addressed.
