His industry experience includes managing the B2B pricing team for a pan-European telco giant, managing the consumer pricing team for the largest mobile operator in the UK, and serving in senior pricing and commercial roles with other mobile operators. His consultancy work has involved building the pricing function for new MVNOs, analysing the pricing strategy of international mobile operators, and developing strategies for mobile operators to address the rapidly growing mobile digital ecosystem opportunity.

He has worked in strategy and business unit management, product marketing with national and international proposition launches, customer retention and sales and distribution management as well as programme management. Ciaran established the Maximising Wireless Profit Program for Mobile Networks Operators in 1995. He founded MMD in 2000 and has worked with over over 60 International wireless operator clients across six continents. In 2017, Ciaran reduced his involvement in MMD to pursue other interests.

Her current focus is on service development in the Internet of Things, telematics and M2M markets. She also has a strong interest in the development of effective CRM and customer experience programmes.
